Dress is strict — long, loose and covered — and there is no longer clothing to borrow at the door, so arrive dressed for it or buy something at the souq below. Come an hour before sunset and stay through the change of light.
Stop 2: Louvre Abu Dhabi2
18:00 · Louvre Abu DhabiJean Nouvel's dome on Saadiyat Island, opened in 2017, with the collection arranged as one story from prehistory to now. Allow three hours; the dome is the reason to come, the galleries the reason to stay.
Stop 3: Somewhere in Al Zahiyah3
The last stop is for members.
