15 Things to Do in Colombo on a Rainy Day

September brings monsoon humidity to Colombo, and when the rain comes, it doesn't politely pause. Your backup plan: the city has learned to build inward. The National Museum opens at 9am every day; the malls stay open well into evening. National Art Gallery
